Active Duty Military / Government
Active Duty Military Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be a serving member of the active military, including air forces, armies, navies, special forces, coast guards, marines, gendarmerie or similar security/armed forces.
The attendee must have a rank and should register with a military email address. For verification purposes, applicants may be required to supply military ID.
Government Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be a civilian meeting one or more of the following criteria:
- employed by a ministry or department of defence
- employed by a national government
- employed by an organisation owned or operated by the government
- employed in the public sector
- employed in public administration
The attendee should register using a government or public sector organisation email address.
Industry
Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be a professional operating in the defence and security sectors.
The attendee should register using a company email address.

Non-Profit / Academia
Academia Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be a lecturer, professor, postgraduate/PhD student or work within research and development.
The attendee should register using a university or educational establishment email address.
Non-Profit Eligibility
To be eligible, the attendee must be working for and representing an organisation not operating to make profit. Ordinarily, the organisation should have tax-exempt status and be furthering a social cause and/or providing a public benefit.
The attendee should register using an email address belonging to the organisation.

Speakers
Symposium speakers can attend free of charge, but must register via the Speaker Information Portal. Our team will contact you with more information.
Exhibitors
Exhibitors should register themselves via the attendee registration form above. If you are an exhibitor, please follow the steps below:
1) Read the 'Before you Begin' text and select your 'Registration Type' after accessing the form.
2) In the 'Personal Information' section, select 'yes' to the 'Is your company exhibiting at this event?' question.
3) Complete the rest of the form.
Please note every exhibiting company receives only two complimentary passes as part of their package. The cost to add additional stand personnel is as follows:
- Corporate Partner £600
- Non-Corporate Partner £800

Global SOF Foundation Membership
The Global SOF Foundation offers individual Memberships to anyone interested in expanding their SOF network. It’s only $25/yr ($500 for a lifetime membership) and is free for active military.
