This opportunity is open to all registered exhibitor staff members who have completed their registration via the exhibitor portal on the EZONE platform and attendees.

Once you have registered, a member of the team from Newbridge Events, our designated networking partner, will reach out to you for more information.

Please take a look a the below step-by-step guide to better understand the entire process.

Newbridge Events, our designated networking partner, will send a short questionnaire to find out some specifics on the organisations you would like to meet.

They will then get in touch with you to set up a schedule for your 2 hours appointment on the afternoon of 24 October

You will be sent a meeting schedule ahead of time and will also receive a printed version of your appointment when you arrive onsite for your session. Depending on availability, you may be able to schedule ad hoc meetings on the day as well.

Now that you would have met with representatives from your preferred organisation using our unique B2B Speed Networking opportunity, you can get the conversation going over the next couple of days during the main symposium and the exhibition.
