We are looking forward to welcoming you to GSOF 2021, but remember things may look a little different this year. We want to make sure this is a safe and comfortable experience for all so please read the following carefully to ensure smooth access to GSOF.
Requirements for entry
All attendees will need to wear a mask at all times when in public areas of the hotel including the event.
All attendees will need to show their COVID-19 full vaccination proof to ensure entry into the event.
You must have completed your COVID-19 vaccination course at least 14 days before arriving at the venue. The following vaccines are recognised as valid proof of immunisation in Poland:
- Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty)
- AstraZeneca EU (Vaxzevria)
- Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)
- Moderna (Spikevax)
When should you not travel?
You should not travel to GSOF 2021 if you need to self-isolate, are required to isolate after travel; or because you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell), even if these symptoms are mild.
COVID-19 PROOF
Before you travel to the event, please ensure you have completed the full course of COVID-19 vaccination. You must have completed your COVID-19 vaccination course at least 14 days before arriving at the venue.
Which vaccines are recognised as valid proof of immunisation in Poland?

What type of documentation is accepted as proof of vaccination?
- Visitors from the European Union can present their EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate
- Visitors from the UK can present their NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App
- Visitors from the US can present their CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
- All other international visitors can present a document in English that proves their vaccination status

Need to book a PCR test for return travel?
Please check your own country’s requirements for your re-entry post the event. If you require a test for your travel then there are PCR test facilities available within the Marriott Hotel. This can be booked upon arrival, please speak to the hotel reception to arrange the test.
