Mr. František ŠULC

František Šulc is the first Deputy Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic.  Prior to this, he worked as a consultant in defense, security and marketing.  Between 2010 and 2014, he was Chief Advisor to Minister of Defense and Chief of Cabinet of Minister of Defense.  Mr. Šulc has a wide media background as he worked as a reporter on foreign affairs in several news outlets, such as Lidové noviny and Prima TV and later was a Chief of the Foreign News Desk in Týden magazine.  Mr. Šulc holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations and a Masters degree in Security Studies from the Charles University in Prague.
